Molded Filter For Household Appliance Filtration Washing Machine
Share has over 20 years of experience developing and manufacturing custom product solutions for our customer's screen and filtration needs. We have engineers and toolmakers to assist in the design of, and frequently build the tooling necessary to manufacture custom products combining synthetic mesh or metallic mesh with thermo-plastic. Our current production lines include filter mesh weaving, mesh slitting, laser die cutting, sonic welding, stamping, injection molding, etc.
Share's custom plastic molded filters combine industrial mesh technologies with decades of technical manufacturing expertise. This allows Share to take each customer’s design and bring it to reality, in a consistent, reliable, and cost effective way.
The molded filters in washing machines protect the pump from unwanted particles. This extends the life of the washing machines while also contributing to its consistent performance. Our fabrics with wide range of pore sizes are the ideal solution for all washing machines.
