Plastic Filters for Air Conditioner Dust Collection Surface Filtration Application
Introduction:
In our daily life, dust collection and liquid filtration are widely seen, such as eletrical kettle filtration, waste water filtration, pool filtration, dust collection in air conditioner and air cleaner...; To combine with specially-produced woven filter meshes, molded injection parts are made for dust collection which is designed and made to prevent dust particles from entering into air condtioner or air cleaner.
What Filter Meshes are used:
Usually PP woven filter meshes are specially made as air conditioner filter mesh and injected with plastic, or polyester filter mesh is used for high-end sifting and dust collection.
How particles are screened
Particles blended in the air and it is quite easy to enter into home appliance parts, when piled up will block and damage home appliance, so there is a filter required to be installed into electric appliance, such as air conditioner and air cleaner.
When air is entering into the air conditioner/cleaner, it first will go through filter made with screen and plastic, small holes (aperture of mesh) will let air and tiny particles through, however, bigger particles (intended to be filtered) will be captured on the surface of filter mesh.
